Terms & AI Disclosure
What you're buying
Briefturn sells one-time content deliverables — currently SEO blog posts. You pay a fixed price up front, you receive the deliverable as an emailed attachment within the SLA shown on the offer page (typically 24 hours).
How your deliverable is produced — full AI disclosure
Your deliverable is drafted, reviewed, and finalized by AI agents — specifically, models from Anthropic's Claude family. There is no human ghostwriter producing the words.
What humans do at Briefturn:
- Design the agent prompts and quality-control rubric
- Monitor delivery quality and handle revisions
- Operate the platform
What AI agents do:
- Read your brief
- Draft the content
- Score the draft against the contract — and re-route to a different agent if quality falls short
- Format the deliverable
If you publish the deliverable somewhere that requires AI disclosure (some publications, some platforms, certain ad networks), you should disclose accordingly. We have done our part by disclosing it to you; onward disclosure is your responsibility.
Revisions
Free revisions are available for 48 hours after delivery. To request one, reply to your delivery email with what to change. Revisions go through the same agent pipeline — usually delivered within 12 hours.
We can re-route your work to a different model class (e.g. switching from Sonnet to Opus) if the first agent didn't hit the mark. There is no extra charge for revisions within the 48-hour window.
Refunds
Briefturn delivers a digital product the moment the email arrives. That said:
- Pre-delivery (your order is paid but you haven't received the email yet): full refund on request.
- Post-delivery: we'd rather give you a great revision than a refund. Reply to the delivery email — we re-draft for free. Refund requests after delivery are evaluated case-by-case at our discretion.
- Beyond 14 days post-delivery: no refunds.
What we don't sell
Briefturn is not appropriate for:
- Medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice — anything where inaccurate AI-generated content could cause harm
- Academic submissions where AI use is prohibited
- Content that violates Anthropic's Usage Policies (we forward briefs to their API, so the same rules apply)
- Content infringing copyright, defamatory content, or anything fraudulent
We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order that falls into these categories.
Privacy
We collect your email and the brief you submit. The brief is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your deliverable; their data handling terms apply to that processing. We don't sell your data. We don't build a marketing list. We don't add you to a newsletter.
Order records (your email, the brief, the deliverable) are retained for as long as needed to handle revisions and for our own quality analysis. Email hello@briefturn.com to request deletion.
Liability
Briefturn is provided as-is. We do our best to deliver high-quality content, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, traffic, revenue). Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.
